Bangalore: Uttar Pradesh government would hold talks with Reliance Vice-Chairman Anil Ambani on the proposed 3,740 MW gas based electricity project in its bid to make UP a power-surplus state in the next 18 months, Chief Minister Mulayam Singh Yadav said today. "I have asked Amar Singh (Chairman of UP Development Council) to talk to Anil Ambani about the power project. I have assured that the state will provide all help for the project and also remove any obstacles," Yadav said at a SP convention here.
