Japanese mobile phone maker wows with megapixel cameras
London: Japanese giant NEC has recently launched the world's smallest mobile phone, the exact size of a credit card in China. According to The Sun, the slimline device, which weighs just 21/2oz, even comes equipped with a camera and also boasts of an internet service with colour display. However, the phone is so small you need a separate earphone with a mike to use it.
