Koreas begin ministerial talks on reunification
On Wednesday in Seoul, high-level officials from N. and S. Korea began the first session of ministerial negotiations. Seoul's Unification Minister Jeong Se-hyun and Pyeongyang's Kim Ryong-song discussed the nuclear standoff as a barrier to future cooperation, as well as cross-border projects including the construction of railways and roads.
