New Delhi: SAARC Secretary General Qama Rahim has made it clear that Pakistan will not be allowed to include Kashmir or any other bilateral issue in the agenda of the forthcoming Islamabad summit. In an exclusive interview to the Hindustan Times, Rahim who is from Bangladesh, said one country could not dictate the Saarc agenda. "It is not the question of one country including anything in the agenda. The principle of unanimity works. Accordingly, Saarc charter prohibits bilateral issues and Kashmir is not an issue for Saarc". Rahim, who is here to build consensus on some key issues ahead of the summit, visited Pakistan earlier. He will meet external affairs minister Yashwant Sinha and foreign secretary Shashank on Wednesday.
