ANI

Islamabad: Pakistan's President Pervez Musharraf has reiterated that his regime's interest lies in the resolution of all contentious issues, including the core issue of Kashmir with India through bilateralism or any other intermediary mode. Online News quoted Musharraf as telling the ambassadors of Sweden, Czech Republic, Lebanon, Kazakhstan, France and Indonesia in separate meetings that he hoped that the confidence building measures initiated by Pakistan and India would yield the desired positive results. These measures, he optimistically said, would pave the way for the settlement of all the outstanding disputes including Kashmir. The envoys had come to present their credentials.
