New Delhi: Abhijit Kale, a Maharashtra batsman, has been accused of offering money to two selectors for a berth in the India A side which will play a two-Test series against Sri Lanka. The report said two selectors -- Pranob Roy and Kiran More -- were offered Rs 10 lakh each by him for a spot in the team which plays a two-Test series against Sri Lanka A. Both men rejected the bribes. The duo are part of the five-member selection committee headed by former Test wicket-keeper Syed Kirmani. The remaining selectors on the panel are Sanjay Jagdale and Kirti Azad. Kale was eventually not selected.
