[Beijing, June 10, 2003] China’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced on June 10 that 127 countries have taken measures to restrict visits by delegations or other personnel from China. This is mainly due to the fear of infection from the SARS virus. Restrictions vary from refusing to issue entry visas to allowing visitors to go to only designated areas of that hosting country.
