Korean economy gets slammed

South Korea’s economy was hit this week with a “triple”, as stocks and exchange rates sunk while bond rates rose. The international exchange market is feeling the effects of the North Korea nuclear crisis, as the won-dollar exchange rate has been soaring. Many foreign investors at Seoul Securities Exchange have been selling en masse according to the Ministry of Finance and Economy.
