South Korea’s Special Adviser on Diplomacy, Security, and Unification Lim Dong-won is set to visit the North Korean capital of Pyongyang and Chairman Kim Jong Il on January 27 for three days, according to reliable sources. He will be joined by Lee Jong-seok, a member of President-elect Roh Moo-hyun’s Presidential Transition Committee. A major topic of discussion will be North Korea’s pending nuclear development program.
