Tokyo commuters experienced the seasonís first snowfall today, almost a month earlier than in recent years. The Meteorological Agency reported 10cm in the West end of Tokyo. Surprised and cautious commuters and cars slipped and skid across the icy ground, while buses, trains and planes ran reduced schedules.
